Privacy Policy For Membership

When we talk about us, we mean the business that operates this website (NYCSHA). When we talk about you, we mean the person using our website or services.
Personal information is information that would identify you, or from which you can be identified. It is important to us to protect your personal information.

COLLECTION

We collect personal information about you when you give it to us, usually when you complete an online form. We don’t collect your information from anywhere or anyone else.
We may also use ‘cookies’ so that you can customize our web pages or so that you do not have to keep filling in your details repeatedly. If you want to find out more about ‘cookies’ and how they work, we suggest you look up Wikipedia.
Double Click cookies are used to tailor advertising to your preferences. You can opt out by visiting www.aboutads.info and following their directions.

USE

We use your personal information in an effort to tailor your experience of our products and services specifically for you. We want to offer you products and services you actually want, not stuff you have no interest in. We will contact you with updates about our products and webinars and other activities that we are involved in from time to time.
Members will receive promotions from us from people offering complimentary products or services, or for products and services we offer that you may not have taken up. If we offer something to you, any commissions received does not increase the cost to you.

DISCLOSURE

We don’t give away or sell your personal information. We will disclose your personal information if we are legally compelled to.
We might use another provider to deliver our products or services to you. If they need your personal information to complete that delivery we will require them to use your information only for that purpose and then destroy it.

LINKS and PUBLIC FORUMS

We have no control over the information accessed through links from our site. You use links at your own risk.
If you post your personal information in a public forum, we have no control over how it is used and no responsibility to protect it for you.

UPDATE

You can update your details via our subscription facility or by contacting us at info@nycsha.org.

FEEDBACK or COMPLAINTS

Let us know if you have a problem or feedback at info@nycsha.org. We will take action to fix any problems, within reason. We will update this policy from time to time to meet our legal obligations.
We respect your privacy and will keep your personal information confidential.
Why do we ask for your name and email address?
So that we can deliver our fantastic free reports to you! We’ve put quite a bit of time and effort into preparing this information specifically for people like you who are really interested in becoming commercial pilots, and we only want to share this valuable information with people who are interested, and not the world at large.
What happens when you click “Get it Now”?

Firstly, you will be taken to a new webpage with heaps more information.
Secondly, you may receive an email asking you to confirm that we have permission to send you our fantastic free reports. Once you confirm that we have your permission, you will get an email including links to that information. We don’t actually send you the PDFs because we don’t want to overload your inbox. Not everyone has unlimited space. Of course, once you have that email, you can come back to it whenever you need.

Thirdly, we put your name on our listed of people interested in our products and services and make sure that we send you emails telling you about our activities and updates and other great things we are doing.

That’s it.

We store your information securely and we don’t pass it on to anyone else unless they work for us or our partners and we require them to only use your information to pass on one of our products or services.
If you have any questions, simply reply to one of our emails.
